Good Night, Sleep Tight by Ninja Egg [Excerpt] - Zuko wanders the Air Temple late at night and hears his name called.
I just watched the latest episode and I had to read some Zuko/Aang... and omg, perfect fic. I was kinda sad when there wasn't more, but the author said they'd write more! *excited* Now, I do think the characters (or at least Aang) are a bit young to be having sexual relations, but according to my friend, the situation Zuko finds Aang in isn't abnormal. I'm really looking forward to see how the author have the characters deal with it the next day. :) (Zuko/Aang) (R+)
(Votes: 1) - Dis(dress) by Sporkyadrasteia [Excerpt] - Sokka and Toph lay down to sleep, but Toph admits that she's feeling disoriented being away from home, not being able to know the time. Sokka reassures her that he will protect them all - and as usual, he flaunts a bit too much.
OMG cute. The end sentence was too perfect! Now, I do think the author could have used a beta, but I really enjoyed this short fic - it was in character and it was as if I was watching the show (except maybe for the pants part lolz). (Sokka/Toph) (G+)
(Votes: 1) - The Escapades of the Blind Bandit and Meathead: Unsuitable Behavior by Artemisrae [Excerpt] - The Cranky Dragon is such a perfect name for a pub that Sokka and Toph go to in this series. XP In this chapter, Toph and Sokka take Zuko to a different pub, and it turns out Zuko is a raving (and singing...) drunk, and Sokka is trying to talk to him while at the same time making sure no one approaches Toph. XD They end up having to go to the Cranky Dragon after all because of Zuko, but that doesn't turn out so well either. Sokka and Zuko end up jailed, Toph having left the second she heard the sound of the watchmen coming... (Sokka + Toph, Zuko) (PG)
(Votes: 1) - The Escapades of the Blind Bandit and Meathead: Float On by Artemisrae [Excerpt] - Less humor, way more angst. It's the third year celebrating for the end of war in Omashu, but Toph isn't having fun. I love how Sokka continues to get Toph drinks, to help her forgot the bad memories. While I adore this author's humor, i'm glad to see the more angsty side of their writing. I liked each of the chapters for something, but for this one, read the angst interaction is heartbreaking. I'll never be able to forget Sokka trying to explain why fireworks are different from the sounds of battle, or how Toph's hand is tiny in Sokka's large hand as he leads her to to his room, and away from the bad memories. I love how Sokka had to fight the urge to climb into his bed with Toph and sleep it all off, instead staying in the chair to watch over her. Everyone knew he was cynical and sarcastic, and while it wasn't’t a cover for his true emotions it was just one single part of him. The problem was that it was the loudest part of him ? but Toph had met the part of him that was a romantic, and another part that was an optimist, and another (very secret, buried) part of him that hated the orange light at sunrise, because it reminded him of when the Fire Nation had attacked his village. My favorite line of the whole fic. It shows how much Toph knows Sokka, and how much he trusts her in return to show these things to her, despite the way he is. The end was simply... amazing, and so totally perfect that I’ll be in my happy place for a long time. I think what Artemis Rae has done with these two is amazing, and I would love to read more from them. I always loved watching Toph and Sokka's interaction on the show, but this fic made me love them more than anyone else. (possible Sokka x Toph) (PG)

It had me laughing so hard, my eyes watered and I seriously wanted to cry because my ribs hurt so bad but I couldn't stop laughing! The only thing I will say about what happens... Zuko is terribly embarrassed and uncomfortable. XDD (possibly Sokka/Toph) (PG-13)

In this one, Sokka and Toph are looking for a ball of twine (or twiiiine...), but end up making a most embarrassingly (for Katara and Aang) detour... Zuko is not amused, and while their fast plan got tossed, Toph and Sokka have a new idea... Read this, I laughed so hard. xP (Sokka + Toph) (PG)
- The Escapades of the Blind Bandit and Meathead: Public Disturbance by Artemisrae [Excerpt] - Singularly the best fic i've ever read. I adore the Sokka/Toph interaction in this so much! What really pushes my happy button is the subtext and it's just so lovely. *_* Yeah, Sokka and Toph are drinking buds and know everything about each other, but that doesn't mean they know what they are together. (Votes: 1) - push by memlu [Excerpt] - Sokka is growing up. Everything is changing, and through it all Sokka dreams of golden eyes and a scar. This is the most delicious AtLA fic ever. A must read if you like the pairing. I think its worth it just for the Sokka, Katara and Aang moments. (Sokka/Zuko, vague Aang/Katara) (light R)
