  • Sasuga Japanese Bookstore - I don't know much about this place besides that there's Japanese stuff (including Manga, possible rare stuff).

  • Amazon - You can buy a lot of manga from here. Some are even in Japanese. Lots of artbooks, and you can buy used and new. I like the prices, and its worth the time it takes to get here. There's a nice variety of anime too, though I haven't bought anime from Amazon myself.

  • Amazon Japan - The Japan side of Amazon, it carries many, many, many manga of all kinds!! I like it because they ship to the US. So if you know a little Japanese or have a handy dictionary or nice Japanese friend or someone how knows Japanese, you can order easily enough from there.
