Awww, I loved it! Watanuki was annoyingly in character (which is a good thing, overall), and the ending was totally awesome. I love the third to last sentence so much! But now I want more, so Doumeki can wake up and find them in that situation. XD (Doumeki x Watanuki) (PG for swearing)

I find myself having a hard time explaining this fic. It's good, but it's different from what I normally read. It's in Doumeki's mother's POV. The writing just flows so easily. I don't often like reading stories about someone else's POV on a couple's relationship, but this worked for me. It's basically about a mother letting her son 'go', and that comes across easily. Something that was especially interesting was Watanuki's babbling. The author didn't need to tell us anything about exactly what's going on, we can easily pick up on it in the way Watanuki frets and cleans and babbles. By the end, we've forgotten about what possibly happened and are feeling just like the mother: that they will certainly be fine. (Doumeki x Watanuki) (probably G)

There is some OOCness. If possibly, Watanuki's too spazzy and open, while Doumeki has too much 'experience'. Don't worry, I wouldn't be rec'ing this if I didn't think it was worth it. It's not so much over the top that it's too jarring. I have to admit Watanuki's overreaction about Doumeki and the pencil borrowing was pretty amusing, it really showed that he was thinking a little too much about certain things. There are a couple of truly inspired lines in this fic. “I’m not sure I want to know how that works out to ‘fair’ in your mind,”... *giggles at the next part* Still, it's kind of weird to think of Doumeki having experience (with people) in that area. Something I really liked were Yuuko's little predictions. So very amusing. I think I liked the ending the most. It was the 'calmest' part of the fic but was a really nice climax (well, it will be a nice climax, I'm very sure xD). (Doumeki x Watanuki) (R+)

I love how this story starts. Watanuki is clueless but not innocent himself. When all Watanuki wanted to do was burrow into his warm towel, I wanted to as well. Watanuki's thoughts and actions really came through. The play-fight scene was just fabulous... When I read it, I thought it was so perfect that even though Watanuki wanted to stay curled into a ball until it was time to leave, Doumeki had other plans - ones that would make Watanuki have fine despite himself. Ah, and of course it had to happen soon, what with the direction Watanuki's thoughts were taking. Doumeki's were already there, just waiting for the right time to act. Without a doubt one of the hottest sex scene scenarios I've ever read. (Doumeki x Watanuki) (R)

This is great characterization for the author's first DouWata fic! ♥ I can find no flaw with it, and I love the scenario. So simple but effective, and the last line was a great ending. (Doumeki x Watanuki) (R+)
(Votes: 4) - Ineptitude by Dorrie6 [Excerpt] - A spirit decides to takes it's spite out on Doumeki and Watanuki, landing them in situation that makes you wonder if the spirit was a Doumeki x Watanuki supporter.
Cliche plot device that turned out well and had some interesting moments. I liked that hint if extra seriousness about Yuuko and how in the end Watanuki didn't know how to react, especially when he asked if it was okay that he didn't know he was doing. That was a clincher. Also, this author has an interesting way of making Watanuki a bit more 'dominant' (have to read to fully get what I mean) that I really like. (Doumeki x Watanuki (R)

For some reason, I was highly amused at this part: Haruka said, leaning against a pole that appeared in the blackness. *coughZangetsucough* I like Watanuki here. I'm a little unsure about Doumeki, but it still is definitely him. Jealous!Possessive!Watanuki is the most funniest and awesome thing I have ever seen. xD The best thing is how if such a thing as this could happen, it would fit. ♥ (Doumeki x Watanuki) (PG-13) -
One Ordinary Night, With Wisteria by Sophia P. [Excerpt] - Sometimes all it takes is almost losing someone to make you see things in a new light.
Love the characterization. Watanuki is a lot more mature, it fits in more with current canon then when this was actually written. I think something like this happening would have something like these results - it's very true that you can think all you want how things might happen and how you might react, but you will never known until it happens. When it does, you may react in a way you never dreamed, and it may reveal things about yourself you hadn't realized fully. I love the end line. Watanuki's determination showed wonderfully - he's not the sort to turn a blind eye when he needs to understand. (Doumeki x Watanuki) (PG)

- Eat Your Heart Out by Rageprufrock [Excerpt] - Doumeki starts recieving Bentou from an admirer. Watanuki is not happy, though he doesn't realize the real reason why until Yuuko gives a push in the right direction.
This is too perfect! That's exactly what Doumeki would do, because he wouldn't waste any or be rude. Trust Watanuki to misunderstand. Also, totally in character comments by Yuuko about Doumeki's bentou. xD I love how the tone of this fic is a lot like the manga, the characacters are all so nicely IC. Mostly, I'm amazed at the research the author must have done on Bentou. Perfect. (Doumeki x Watanuki) (PG)

One night, a terrible accident happens that tests that love. Watanuki is left broken; Yuuko and Doumeki especially are forced to extremes to begin his road to recovery.
I'm glad I read to part three of this! The third part is my favorite, of course (Doumeki!). For the first time, I think Watanuki is realizing that you can't stop someone from risking their life for you - because they think you're worth it, even if?you don't feel so. I hope Doumeki can knock some more sense into him. I like Orochimaru-han's using their eye connection so Doumeki can see that Watanuki's in bad shape. I think he should have tried to help a little sooner, but he's there for him in part 3, so. All is (getting) well. (Doumeki x Watanuki) (PG-13)

- Claustrophobia by Orochimaru-han [Excerpt] - Yuuko sends Doumeki and Watanuki on a particularly weird mission that has to do with a hot, cramped closet.
The thing I like most about this fic is how natural it was. It started out just as I could picture fanservice in the manga... and then, things slowly start getting interesting. They were nicely in character, and the sex was very hot. This is the first fic in a while my heart actually beat fast at while reading. =P (Doumeki x Watanuki) (NC-17)

- Change of Heart? by Fauve Noir [Excerpt] - Most Doumeki x Watanuki fics i've read are really low rated. Just when I was getting really tired of it, I heard about this fic. It was the first of it's kind that I found! Summary: Watanuki thinks Doumeki is being a pain on purpose, but certain events lead him to wonder otherwise. What does Doumeki actually feel? Watanuki is going to find out whether he likes it (*grin*) or not. (Doumeki x Watanuki) (NC-17)
